Workshops are held at various times of the year. They are held at the Indian Rock nature Preserve on 501 Wolcott Road in Bristol , CT. The workshops vary from ½ day to all day in length and are open to members in good standing at the Dojo. The fees for the workshops vary depending on the length of the workshop. |

The Workshops are taught by Senior Students Brian Putkonen and Jon Guglietta. The topics and structure of the workshops are designed to explore concepts in Aikido relevant to the needs of the students. |

Family Day is held during the summer months outdoors weather permitting at the Indian Rock Nature Preserve. This is a day that families can come and observe the class and participate in a picnic and beach activities in the afternoon. |

The Holiday party is held the First Sunday in December at the Indian Rock Nature Preserve. A class is taught in the morning from 10:00 am to 11:30 am followed by a potluck lunch by the fire for a fun social afternoon. Families are invited to attend the party. |

During the Holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s special classes are taught. |

For Thanksgiving only a Tuesday class is held. |

For Christmas and New year’s depending on the day of the week the holiday falls, classes are held as follows: |

- No class on Thursday if the holiday falls on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. |
|
- No class on Tuesday if the holiday falls on Monday or Tuesday. |
